We called Precision Utility Locating about a water leakage problem on our home property in Cottonwood. Talked with Billie who put us at ease with her friendliness and assurance that Craig could come check it out that same day. She also quoted a price upfront for what hat included. Craig called ahead and showed up on time. He was very thorough and extremely kowledgeable. He isolated the leak to the water line in the back of the house. Craig is the best! After many failed attempts to have plumbers locate our leak over the years, I called Precision Utility Locating. Craig showed up with a friendly smile and a can-do attitude. He was methodical and explained everything in terms I could understand. He was able to find the large leak underneath our slab so that we could have it repaired by a plumber. Craig is a lifesaver! Don't hesitate to call him if you suspect you have a leak.

The plumber could not find the leak in my front yard so I called Percision. They couldn't come until the next day, and then 2 hours after the promised window of time. Craig was knowledgeable, friendly and negative. He kept saying "Uh-Oh" and "that tree's a problem" and "the water from your supplier is corroding your copper pipes" and "I hope you don't DRINK that water, it'll shut down your kidneys".
