Please help me understand why am I told by Precision Tune that I will need another diagnostic ($85) to fix my heat in my vehicle when I asked them to fix my heat, inclusive in the initial diagnostic. I paid $690 to have my driver window fixed (to go up) and to have the heat fixed (so I could have heat). Why is Precision Tune not FIXING my heat problem out of the $690 I gave initially for my heat to get FIXED (not show me some gadget way to "patch fix" it?
