Came here for an alignment for my Toyota Sienna. Nevermind that I had to wait 3-1/2 hours in their 3-chair 'lobby'. Precision Tune was offering FREE alignment checks. After all this time the lady manager finally came out and told the specs of my 'free check". So they went ahead and did WITHOUT my consent. As I drove away I noticed that the pull to the right was even worse! I took back a few days later and the technician said it was fixed.
