Avoid at all costs! I will absolutely never take my car here again. I very rarely post negative reviews, but I really feel the need to warn people about the faulty work this shop does and their absolutely horrid customer service. I brought my car here to have a serpentine belt and pulley replaced. At first I thought they had done everything right, my car ran no problems. Won't Be Going Back Don't let the no appointment needed fool you. You cannot get your oil changed after 4 pm here and they have been rude to me about it. Apparently making money during tough economic times is not a priority for the manager or the chain.
Trustworthy and fair Precision Tune offers affordable services in a timely manner. They have always been up front and honest and as a female I know I can take my car to this facility and not be taken advantage of. They are so helpful and very friendly. Great place for car service!!
