This is the worst Precision Tune Auto I have ever used for service. I seriously don't recommend this place to anyone. Please don't trust your college children to take their car there for anything. They will lie and rip them off and take advantage of their inexperience. My wife and I have used precision Tune Auto for many years, but the shop on 7928 North Tryon St in Charlotte consists of a crew of untrust worthy people. After 14 days of waiting for an engine replacement, we finally picked our vehicle up! Excited as we were, our excitement quickly ceased. Within 48 hours of having our vehicle back from a 14 day wait, our gages on our thermostat no longer work!! The fan can be heard very loudly while driving, and a error message, "ENGINE HOT/TURN OFF AC" appears. All THREE of these issues have NEVER appeared, prior to dropping off our vehicle initially!
