Exceptional customer service and turn round time on the repairs for my vehicle. Thanks to Mr. Benny, Ms. Sam, Ms. Angela, Mr. Alex.and the entire staff at Precision Tune. I was well informed on what was going on with my vehicle, when the parts arrived, and a turnaround time for pick up. Thank you so much for Fixing my Lincoln Continental in half the time that Ford told me it could be fixed and plus a fraction of the cost. Sam was amazing. Benny was also helpful, but I am so thankful that I talked to Sam. She was on point friendly, went above and beyond and just steered me in the right direction and listen to my concerns I am not a mechanic!! I arrived with a diagnostics from O’Reillys from a check engine light that would intermittently come on and go off. At this time it was off. The technician at O’Reillys made a suggestion that I was following up on. Long story short, I didn’t have a check engine light on at the time, they wanted to do a $150 diagnostics, then $719 for a the service. What are you diagnosing with no check engine light???
