My experience was amazing from the day I walked in afraid and not knowing what was going on with my car! I was greeted with kindness and compassion. I was kept in the loop every step of the way! The front desk was professional, courteous and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them! The work was done in good amount of time with great results! I had a very disappointing experience with this auto shop due to poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and questionable service. I initially brought my car in because it would not start or crank. I explained this clearly when dropping it off, and the tall woman at the front desk documented and repeated the issue back to me. This location was amazing. The young lady Sam that works the front desk as well as Jackie was amazing. The walked us through everything and Sam went over an beyond in assisting us. This was an amazing experience and we will use you guys again. Totally happy.
