I had a 7:00 AM appointment for an oil change and tire alignment. When I came back at 10:30 AM (3.5 hours later), my car still wasn’t done. They told me the oil change was finished, but I literally saw them pouring in new oil while I was standing there—and the tire alignment hadn’t even been started. While their prices are reasonable, the way they manage their workload is terrible. I don’t want to make this review too long. Dropped off brand new wheels and tires to mount and balance on Friday at 0800. First off, 140 for mounting tires is crazy, but I guess you pay for convenience. I asked if they would be done the same day, and I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I had to call them, they didn’t call me, at 5:30PM to tell me it’ll be done first thing on Saturday. I have to work Saturday but I said I’ll pick them up before they close.
