Ricky was great! Got me in and out super quick.
I brought my car in after receiving an insane quote from the dealership. The dealership wanted me to replace my entire rear suspension. I brought my car here and Kole personally inspected my car and told me that all of the work they recommended was not needed. They also charged me a really fair price for parts and even labor. I ended up going back to get another issue resolved with the suspension, and I asked Kole if it was worth it to do it on both sides. He said he did not think it was needed. My family has been coming to this shop for over 10 years, but after today we will never be back. They have signs everywhere advertising a $39.99 Full Synthetic Oil Change, but I was charged way more than I’ve ever paid for an oil change more than the dealership or even Take 5. The new GM, Cole, gave me bad energy the entire time.
