They lose peices to your vehicle, blame you, says (they don't know if it was there before). Do not apologize, just said "I'll have to call dealership and order another one". JUST KEEP UP WITH THE PIECES IN THE 1ST PLACE!!! HAD CAR FOR OVER 11 YEARS, THEY HAVE IT FOR A COUPLE HOURS AND LOSE STUFF!!!! DO NOT BRING CAR HERE IF YOU DON'T NEED TOO...🤬🤬
They tried charging me $1,500 to change 2 of my VVT solenoids and spark plugs. I ended up taking it to a shop in Petersburg who originally said it would be $600 and then turned out to be $312.42 Its crazy how they are abusing the system with Vets and Soldiers!
