I went to Precision Tune in Irmo, SC a couple of months ago because my check engine light was on. Come to find out, I needed a new catalytic converter. They replaced it twice with after market parts but my check engine light continued to come on. They finally replaced it a third time with a genuine GM part and all was good. Not long after I started hearing a metal on metal rattle sound coming from the area of the catalytic converter. I returned to the shop twice to have them fix the rattle. Communication on what was going on with my vehicle was outstanding. The guys trouble shot what was wrong and fixed issues that a previous shop missed twice! Got the work done in a timely manner.
The manager, Tim and the other mechanics at the shop was very helpful with the service on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend to any family member or friend of mine to have their vehicle worked on or serviced.
