Usually I would recommend this shop Cedric is a very cool guy that is willing to help you out with your car needs. However the last time I visited this place to get an oil change one of their associates completely dirtied my car and insisted that it was the “carbon” from my car. Resulting in having to go get my car detailed which was an added expense. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great experience with Precision Auto! The manager was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding. He worked with me to get my car fixed even when I didn’t have the money available at the time, and I truly appreciate that. The work was done great, and my car is running well. It’s not often you come across people who are willing to work with you and genuinely help, and I’m very thankful for that. Isreal and Cedric were amazing. Fixed my car and got me back on the road. And told me the issues I was facing. Great work
I brought my car here after another shop Pretty much wrecked my suspension system. I explained to cedric, what was going on with my car, and the shop was telling me that I needed to get the electric component on my rack and pinion replaced with the whole assembly, which would have cost me about three thousand dollars.
