I have been a cusomer here for a while because of the good service. I have recomended some of my framily and they too love it
I went in for an oil change, and end up paying for repairs I didn't need. I was told I needed a serpentine belt, and it wasn't nothing wrong with the one I had on. Then they said I needed a valve cover gasket, and I have a 2022 Jeep Compass with less than 34,000 miles on it. They never showed me the valve cover gasket. All the front desk guy said was, "Oh I saw it, and it was bad!" Yeah, just like the serpentine belt was bad too! A bunch of liars and thieves. I'm never going there again!!!!
⭐☆☆☆☆ I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my truck to Precision Auto Care on Dairy Ashford to have a wheel hub assembly replaced, and the quality of the work was completely unacceptable. After the repair, I discovered that one of the wheel hub mounting bolts was missing entirely. This is a critical suspension component, and leaving out a mounting bolt is not a minor mistake—it could have created a serious safety hazard for me and everyone else on the road. If you're looking for an outstanding customer experience with a more than reputable mechanic, bring your vehicle to Precision Auto Tune. The one on S. Dairy Ashford to be specific. I brought my car there back in March for a new wheel bearing amongst other things and Cedric and his crew took care of it effortlessly. They contacted my warranty company and the car was in/out within the day. Amazing.
