Disappointing to say the least! Do NOT take your car here! I took mine in for a balance and rotation. The next time I took my car on the freeway, it had the shakes at high speeds, worse than before I took it in to Precision Tune. So I thought - maybe a weight fell off the tire. So I took it back to them and asked if they would re-check the balance on the tires. I waited THREE HOURS for them to re-check the balance on the tires.
