Horrible Customer Service - My Fiance' went by the sho- and informed Sean that the car's A/C was still not working, he said what do you mean it's not working, and she told him "It doesn't blow cold air" he said Ok leave the car and we will make it right, The car was in their shop for a week, picked it up on Saturday 10/23, then his mechanic said they needed another machine to fix the A/C and to bring it back the weekend of 10/29, we were out of town and then called today 11/1 and now the mechanic has gone ghost, and no one s... read more
They did an oil change and i came in for a wheel alignment. They try to say other things are wrong on the car and charge you more money.Waiting time to way to long. NO BUENO!!!!
Worse care I’ve ever had!! Had an appointment for an alignment on my tires, and arrived on time nobody was at the desk. Had to wave down a guy from the front of the garage and he couldn’t have cared less. Told me to go in and he’ll send someone in. As I was trying to get his attention I noticed two guys smoking in and around the cars as they worked. Clearly not caring if they left ash and trash in the vehicles they worked on. Received great service and also sage advice from Elvis. Very personable and knowledgeable. Took the time to show me my trucks deficits and prioritize their repair. Fair prices as well. Will be a return customer for sure even without a Groupon discount.
This place used to do 79$ alignment changes. Came in 2 weeks ago and had it done. Came in for a redo because they didn’t do it right the first time. Now it’s 129$ because it’s under new management. STAY AWAY
Where do I begin! Find another shop! Went in for brake repair, to have no brakes after visiting twice. They unplugged the horn in repairs and told us to "rig" it. Place is a joke....don't let their lead tech Steve touch your vehicle!
