We recently had to replace an engine in our 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and have had some issues since that time, but the management at the Kearns, Utah location has been good to help resolve some of those issues. I appreciate the response I've had with the company and would recommend them to others for auto care work. Mikey and Adrien had me schooled up and sorted out in no time! While in the lobby Mikey was very personable with customers and Adrien was quick with a wrench! I was in and out under 20min! I highly recommend you see them!
If I could give PTAC a six star review, I would. This is for an experience last Thanksgiving week, I just forgot to write it until now. I sent my truck in for a noise coming from the wheel( like a clunk noise) instead of tryna figure out what it is they go on the bed and say it’s my tailgate. I told them it’s in the front where my wheel is at and now they wasted my time and money for something that I didn’t go in for. Also took my lancer for a misfire and they didn’t go anything but joy ride it and said nothing wrong but when I took it back it was still misfire.
