This place is terrible.. $250 for for spark plugs on 4 cylinder. $350 for valve cover gasket. Had a check engine light on . Scanned fir#1 injector. They said they scanned it. Said I needed plugs and valve cover gasket. Since I was traveling thru, I said fix it.old plugs were not fouled. Oil leak...debatable.I left heading home. After 100 miles boom..light on ..same code.I had some tools..fixed the injector. Could have saved myself $800. Lesson learned. Avoid this place. I contacted them. Said manager would contact me. Fast and friendly. And didn't use "scare tactics" like alot of other shops I've dealt with do. He made a list of things that need done, then prioritized what needed done now, and what could wait. That was a real breathe of fresh air.
They're always courteous and polite. The wait can be a bit long for oil change but I support their business. As my car was ready today it started raining and I didn't have my umbrella. One of the guys tried to move my car so I wouldn't get too soaked but the area was kind of tight so he couldn't get my car in the covered area but I appreciated him trying! It was very thoughtful!
Great customer service and quick work. Prices are lowest near me.
Amanda answers phone, processes order and does the oil change herself. She's the only employee today. She has a sweet spirit and is an amazing employee!!!
