I came into the shop for an oil change but ended up leaving because the lady at the front desk was on a personal call while trying to help customers. She was unprofessional and came across as rude. The next day, I spoke with a Caucasian gentleman who was much more professional and helpful, and I appreciated his customer service. However, I expected Precision Tune to maintain a higher standard of professionalism overall. Great customer service, very professional and efficient
SUPER unprofessional!! Took 3 days to replace my a/c condenser. They do not price match! Cost $500 more than the repair shop down the street. Had to endure the lady at the front's personal conversation for 2 hours. Customer service doesn't exist. It's sad!
