Manager was really good on the other hand the guy who did my brakes was not when I received my vehicle I have a 20/20 Lincoln Quest chair with light gray leather seats and had grease all over my seats my door and arm rest shaking my head they came out with bleach wipes and paper tile and got it up but I'm still not satisfied with that whatever happened to putting things over the customer seats and on the floor to prevent that it was ridiculous

Call the Precision Tune Care Auto Care business at 3:30 pm yesterday with rubbing and squeaking in my back wheels. The manager said to come in that day so the mechanic to have a look at it, I arrived at 4:15pm I needed brake pads and rear rotors. The manager even showed me the wear of my rotors( it was concerning) Long story short while I waited I was able to work on my computer and I was out at exactly 6pm. It was a great experience and a comfort to know I was in good hands! Michele Miller
I came in yesterday for an oil change, everything was great until I got in my car and my temperature gauge was on hot, the mechanic didn't know what was wrong. I had to go home and see why my car temperature gauge was on H myself, he state he topped my fluid but my cooler jug wasn't fullñ, so to find out he had took my radiator cap off while my car is hot and allow air to get in my line.
