Look, I really do love Precision Tune Auto—fr—but today was a total letdown from the team. I came in for a serpentine belt replacement, and at first, everything seemed fine… until I saw them struggling to put it on. They were literally using YouTube videos to figure out why it wasn’t fitting. Extremely weird experience today. Came for an oil change (I used to frequent the Lawrenceville location before Joey left) and have been to the Snellville location with a different manager who was equally as amazing. He also isn’t there anymore. This time I came in and stood waiting at the service desk for a while before being acknowledged , which is fine they were busy. This will be my new shop for maintenance, minor and major repairs! Why? Because my entire experience was great. 💥 They were professional, polite, and reassuring. They fixed my car in one day. The other shops couldn't/ didn't even figure out the problem. Thanks to the whole team, especially the ones I met: Torrian, Andre, and Jerry. Oh, here's a little extra tip that matters to me..the waiting area and bathroom are clean. 👍🏾
