My oil change took an hour and half. But the individual that was conducting the oil change was unfairly setup by his co workers and they need to be reprimanded for putting him in that awkward position they found humor in humiliating him in front of customers for being slow, that was disgraceful. please investigate no one needs to witness the embarrassing way they treated the Technician they could've assist him to make the process way smoother and everyone would have been happy.
I used to receive good service at this location, but unfortunately, this time my experience was very disappointing. They did a poor job on my car — there was oil left all over the engine, and now the inside of the car smells strongly of oil. On top of that, someone was about to pour water into the car while the engine was running, but luckily I noticed in time. I hope they take better care moving forward.
Cheap oil change and they offer coupons on top of that. I've been going here for at least 15 years, usually in and out in 20 minutes.
