Deceitful and Inappropriate The mechanic put on a show. He wiggled my "good" caliper pin to show me the correct amount of play, then wiggled my "bad" one moving his hand more to exaggerate the amount of play claiming "This one moves more." I was then told I needed to replace all of the brake hardware. All I needed were new pads. Kathy S I use to take my car to Precision Tune for my oil changes all.of them but the Manager said something that I got upset about and I NEVER went back and I WANT.
Mrs. I will NEVER go back to the Precision Tune on Franklin Blvd, in Gastonia, NC. That guy was one of the rudest people I have EVER met! This day and time a business needs to appreciate the customers they get. All I wanted was an oil change. After his mean attitude, I just told him nevermind and left. I don't have to give mean people my business/money! I can't even give them 1 star.
Quick and Efficient Oil Lube service Less expensive than all other oil change companies I have checked with in the area. Fifteen minute oil change and lube service. In and out, never had a problem with this business. Very friendly staff too! PROS: Great Price, quick service. CONS:

VERY HONEST (In terms of diagnose the problem, Labor time and price), HIGHLY REPUTABLE JOB, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. good One of the things I have liked best is dealing with Carl behind the front desk. He has treated more than fairly - and I trust him. He's a good man.
Good for oil change, nothing else The only reason I take my car here is for the cheap oil change/tire rotation service that they offer. I also can get a state employee discount and they have been willing to work with me on the price of a service before. However, I feel like they are constantly trying to jip me. I will never take them at their word that I need something done. I will ALWAYS get a second opinion because they have proven to me that their word is not good enough.
good service I go to precision for all my oil changes. I think they are the cheapest in town and I love that they are open on Saturdays. I have had nothing but good service from them.
