after simply trying to do my NC inspection, I've gone to precision a grand total of 7 times in 3 weeks, totaling 14.5hrs and being scammed out of almost $500 and being told ways to illegally pass inspection-which was incorrect information anyway, and the owner acting as if he did me a favor by me FINALLY being able to get my waiver from the DMV. Just this weekend, I had a new clutch put in there. I called our local dealership and found out that they would have charged $350 more than Precision Tune Auto Care did! They have quality customer service. They are always prefessional, and handle each customer and their vechicals with care and compassion. They strive to provide all patrons with the same curtesy. I never take my vechical anywhere else but the BEST place in town Percision Auto!
