Front staff not attentive to job. We came in with an appointment from Endurance insurance and an oil change. She never contacted the insurance company to see if service were a covered service or if we would have to pay. Had she done her job from the beginning and placed the call we would have been prepared, we would have made the decision if we wanted the window mechanism fixed. I can't make this up if I had to. I took my 2014 jeep wrangler into precision tune on March 26 2026 to have some warranty work done to it. I was assured by Dennis (service manager) that it would be no problem. I had bad rocker arms and was "ticking". The other problem was the manual transmission popping out of gear. Dennis took my keys and told me that I had a "shit" engine that all penastar were shit engines and to give him a call in a couple of days.
