Took my husbands car in to get oil changed and brakes checked. Was called back about 2 hours later saying the front brakes and rotors need to be replaced. They would not break the cost down just kept dancing around my questions on the cost, because noting was adding up. Felt like I was being talked down too. So I told them I did not appreciate the tone they were taking when I was asking about price. BEWARE! This is a bad place to get work done. Bait & switch on the price and after I drove away (angry) I could smell bubble gum! Looked down & it was all over the carpet and saw strings of it when I opened the door. I had seen the tech park my car & had noted that he didn't have the usual paper mat in his hand to throw away... and then forgot about it when i saw they had charged me $4 for an extra 1/2 qt of oil they said my car needed. BEWARE! – My husband took his Chrysler 300 to have the oil changed. The wrong oil filter was placed on the vehicle, my husband drove it for a while and it appeared to be fine, then the oil light came on. He checked the oil and found that there was no oil in the car. We then put oil in the car, checked the level and started it. All of the oil was blown out of the car onto the parking lot. We then had the car towed to our mechanic.
