The waiting and front area was clean and not crowded. Seats were available and restroom was tidy. I booked the appointment online and upon arriving, I was not in the system being new customer and was told I would have to reschedule. With disgust, after speaking with the manager at the front desk she worked it out and services oil change was provided. Technician was nice and wait time was reasonable. Thank you Precision.
