I’m very grateful for the service that was provided. They’ve helped me in the past with my Subaru Impreza(the only place in Decatur that wants to touch Subaru), and helped me out diagnosing my broken down Dodge Ram. When you see that bill, just remember, you’re paying for the best care. They try to save you money to get you back on the road where they can. They’ve been super accommodating. I brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for a rough idle. They diagnosed camshaft/timing issues and a blown head gasket, said they’d worked with my warranty, and told me I’d owe a $350 deductible. I ultimately paid $1,400 because they claimed several items “weren’t covered,” which my warranty later said were covered. I’ve had to submit the bill myself for reimbursement. They were great at fixing my car but left feeling ripped off after their bilboard advertised a $179 offer on break job but got charged over $200 and this wasnt including tax. When I asked why I didnt get the deal it was explained that my cars breaks (a subaru) didnt qualify. To which I asked what are the requirements to qualify. The answer back was "Not your car". Was very frustrated. Like I said, they fixed the car but bait and switched as advertised.
Recently bought my first car, a 2008 dodge avenger with nearly 200k miles, and it has its quirks. I brought it to Precision after some belt issues, and they diagnosed the issue quickly. They notified me of an oil leak and even recommended a much-needed brake inspection that saved me a lot of trouble in long run. Got it all fixed and my car is driving far better!
