Wonderful, efficient service.
After taking my brand new car to the dealership, I was told I'd have to spend thousands of dollars for things I didn't think was necessary. I'm no mechanic, so I begrudgingly agreed. And after waiting for hours after the time they assured me it would be done, I found out they couldn't even fix the thing I brought it in for in the first place.
