Best place for auto service They always are running promotions for money off service and I take full advantage of it! They are always friendly and fast and would not take my car anywhere else.
I am being ripped off. I took my car in for a electrical diagnostic, was told $100 plus tax. Two days later I get a call that I needed new spark plugs and wires, sounds awesome, since my car isn't running. I say go for it, sounds like a cheap fix. Two hours later they call to tell me it's the ignition modual and it is going to be a total of $700 but they are not sure if that is the whole problem since they can't tell me what is wrong all at once, just just step by step. stay away from this place!!!! My engine light came on so I had it checked out for $100 plus tax. Said it was O2 sensor and would cost $579 to get it fixed and wouldn't apply the 100 dollar diagnostic fee towards the repair so I declined. I later learned I was getting ripped off cause I took my car to Midas had the engine light checked for free and cost me $120 to repair. Precision tune auto care is a complete scam, stay away from this place.
Cheap yes, but avoid We took our car to this location because they had an excellent deal on an oil change and they top of fluids and rotate the tires... here's the problem. They didn't tighten the bolts and one lug stem was completely torn off. We almost lost the tire and would've sustained serious injury!!! AVOID!
Great Staff and Service Nice to have a national franchise servicing our used car dealership. It is a great advertisement for us to sell our cars after being inspected at precision tune. Mike the manager over there does a good job taking care of us and our needs. We recommend everyone to go to PT in Spanaway and talk to Mike.
Do not trust them with your car!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!! I took 2 vehicles there for oil changes. The technician that changed the oil on the second vehicle DID NOT TIGHTEN the oil drain plug. I did not know this until I was driving down the freeway and the oil light came on and a knocking started immediately after causing me to pull over. Great place , best price in the area, would not go anywhere else. Had work done to my car a fuelpump, could not believe the price WoW had to look twice very low and great work, hve had no problems with my car it runs great now . thanks guys will be back
