This shop is my favorite it exhibits honesty caring and does quality work for over twenty + years we've use this shop Randy and his crew are the best.
I have an older vehicle - I don't want to spend unnecessarily, but want to make sure I am doing what is needed to keep it running. Randy (GM) is very good at analyzing the problem and then advising me on what the 'need to fix' versus 'nice to fix' items are.
Service excellence,I can get a smile and laugh every time I'm there. Randy Rose is a Awesome Manager! I can call and make whatever strange noise my car is making 99% he can tell me what the problems is! I have never felt hustled in PTCA. I refer there excellent work and experience to everyone! They say the got car problems;I SAY PRECISION TUNE AUTO CARE!!!!! WEST ASHLEY!! IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE!
