I went to Precision Tune Auto Care for an oil change with a coupon for $19.99 and to get an inspection for $30.00. I was then told an extra fee of $6.58 was added for the oil filter. I then had to wait over an hour. I was called back and told that there was a leak in the small upper radiator hose. They showed me hose and it showed signs of leaking at the connections.
