DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sent them detail ferrules as customer furnished material to seam weld. After numerous emails and delays they said 3 had been completed but they would short ship 2 each. Come to find out that either they, or their sub-contractor damaged the ferrules which cost many thousands of dollars each. Harry Rowe, the sales manager takes no responsibility and said their quote clearly states they are not responsible for customer supplied material.
0 communication. Called a week ago for a bid on some aircraft parts. Was told I'd have a quote that day and could get parts into production the following Monday. Tuesday rolled around and still no quote. Wednesday I was contacted asking for dimensions again (I sent a spec sheet the Friday before.) I sent specs again only to get a quote back on Thursday for straight pipe with no bends. I need (16) 8" pieces of 1-3/4" t304 stainless with a 20* bend at the end of each piece.
