I use Precision trust for all of our build. Super experienced! Never had an issue. Stacey, Scott and the team are awesome to work with
I work with this company probably 4-5 times a year and each time I work with them the experience gets better. They are great at responding to phone calls and delivering on time which in today's business environment is very rare
We are building a garage and had Precision truss design/deliver trusses for it. Everything went ok until the trusses were delivered. The driver was clearly not qualified, and they did significant damage to our driveway, concrete walkway and grass. Our driveway was specifically designed for semi-truck access due to my husband's occupation so there should not have been any damage. The owner Scott was extremely rude and argumentative and unwilling to even look at the photos of the damage done to our house.
