My F250 had developed a serious "death wobble." Turned out that all sorts of things needed replacement under the front end. Mike and his team were able to get all the needed parts, install, test, and arrange for the front end alignment ALL within the time frame by which I needed the truck back in order to go to work without missing any time! Mike and his staff at precision automotive worked so hard to save our vacation! Our van broke down, and not only did they very professionally repair our transmission but mike also suggested repair options. He recommended places for us to stay and things to do while we were in Pleasanton. Mike even called us a few days later, after we were back on the road, to make sure everything was working ok. Mike and his staff are fine examples of the honesty and work ethic Texans are famous for!

Mike and the guys at Precision are the best there is. Their wealth of expertise in the truck and vehicle industry is exactly what you need when you have vehicle troubles. I recently had a transmission fail in a work truck and they were able to diagnose, test, and replace in a timely manner. Top quality work and excellent communication.

Had the thermostat go out on my vehicle. Called Precision, they were able to fit me in quick. Had parts ordered and vehicle repaired before end of day. Great customer services. Will be using them again.
