Eric and his team were incredibly helpful and accommodated me as a walk-in despite their full house. I don’t know much about cars and everyone took the time to explain their thought process to me every step of the way. This was a very positive experience and I’d recommend them to anyone!
Eric was kind, honest, personable and communicative every step of the way. We never felt like he was trying to sell us on anything we didn’t need and he went over estimates thoroughly and with total transparency before beginning work on the car. Work was completed in a super timely fashion, especially considering the shop was super busy, and we left feeling really pleased and confident. Car is running great and we’re so happy to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you Eric and team!

All the reviews are true! I recently got myself a new car, AND I’m technically high risk (COVID-19); I messaged Precision beforehand to get a sense of their protocols and they (Eric) assured me their practices are not only up to snuff, but they go above and beyond. AND THEY DID. I felt so taken care of and respected, I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough! GO HERE GO HERE GO HERE. Actually looking forward to seeing them soon :)
I walked in hoping to get a quote. Service was pretty bad as a potential customer. I can only imagine how bad it would be if I left my car here. No thanks!
They do the typical price gouging technique. I walked in and asked for a repair quoted previously $200-300. I get a quote for $1000!! Good thing I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion.
I would avoid this place at all costs. Their customer service is horrific. This was for a simple estimate!
This place is pretty bad. They are very rude to customers. I do not recommend taking your care here.
