My daughter's car broke down with what, for all the world, appeared to be a transmission failure. I called three shops and Precision got back to me immediately and I had it towed over to them. They took a look at it and got back to me to notify me that it did not appear to be a transmission issue, but an electrical one. I'm located two hours south in Port St. Lucie, Florida and trying to get her sorted from that far away was proving to be challenging. Amazing staff!! Genuinely looking to HELP, not just make money off of you. I went in for a diagnostic, and after looking at my Mazda and recognizing the low mileage + warranty opportunity Sarah went OUT OF HER WAY to call the local Mazda dealership and see if I can have my transmission replaced for free under the warranty. Not only did she essentially make me an appointment elsewhere, she also did not charge me for the diagnostic!! Insanely nice people here I highly recommend going if you need service done. This is going to be very short or very long depending on how much you want to read. Here is the very short version: In a word Sarah @ Precision is OUTSTANDING and I would rate her 6.0 stars out of 5! Long version: I have a 1995 Jeep that had a transmission flush 2,000 miles ago at a different shop (NOT Precision).
