I don't write many reviews, but Precision Transmission in Ormond Beach more than deserves this one. Almost 3 years ago I brought my 2016 F250 Super duty to Precision to have my transmission rebuilt. They took excellent care of me, did an outstanding job on my truck, and gave me the kind of experience that you remember. I would love to give them more, but after leaving 3 messages in 2 days and never hearing from them, this is the best I could do.
I thought they would rebuild the C4 transmission I sent them. They sent me a different C4 that didn't fit my car. They said they would take care of the problem -- They didn't and I was forced to return the C4 they sent me. They charged me a $1000 dollar restocking fee. Meanwhile they sold my C4 that I originally sent them, which did fit my car or that is what I was told. They never even allowed me a core charge for it. My daughter's car broke down with what, for all the world, appeared to be a transmission failure. I called three shops and Precision got back to me immediately and I had it towed over to them. They took a look at it and got back to me to notify me that it did not appear to be a transmission issue, but an electrical one. I'm located two hours south in Port St. Lucie, Florida and trying to get her sorted from that far away was proving to be challenging.
