I went in here the other day after having called them from my Honda dealership with complaints of a faulty AC. Honda had said that it would be $185 for diagnostic and 3-4 hours of waiting. I googled precision auto and decided to give them a call. The person who answered the phone, Moe, told me to just bring it down and he'll take a look. No mention of diagnostic fees or anything. Precision Auto was amazing. Dylan and the guys helped me when my service engine light came on my Cadillac. He was patient and explained exactly what was wrong with the car. Was reasonably priced too. I will make Precision my life long mechanic for all my cars. They are the best. Very professional. Thanks a million for the great service.

I decided to Take my car to precision after another auto shop in the area informed me about a steering rack problem to the cost of $450 dollars Mo and his technician not only discovered the steering rack problem was totally wrong and nothing was wrong with it saving me $450 on a costly repair he suggested doing preventive maintenance to my car at a much LOWER PRICE it has been almost a week now and the car is running great thank you precision auto FINALLY A HONEST QUALITY REPAIR SHOP

Came for 2nd opinion on power steering problems & they seemed to know exactly what was needed to be done. My first opinion was WAY out of what I could afford & they wanted to repair way to much before actually knowing if all those repairs needed to be done. Precision told me the steps they would take & then see if we would NEED to do more. Got a reasonable price also. So far all tunning well. I think they will be seeing me again for my next repair. Thanks guys.
