Only one star cause no option to put a negative star review
June 17th drove my truck here. November 15th had to call a tow truck to move it to another shop. Was told in July it was ready to go went in and paid for it and was asked if I could come back later to pick it up he wanted to check a wire. Wouldn't answer his phone after that. After driving down there several times over the next few months to get information it was contant lies and contradictions. I dropped my transmission off with Brett to get rebuilt.. when I got it home I noticed it was missing a bracket for the shift cable... ok not a big deal. I got one from Amazon cheap... when we put the trans in I bought a new torque converter too... we put 75 miles on the truck and it went out again... I had to tow the truck home... I can't get any help from brett... he won't respond now... I wouldn't recommend bringing a bicycle to that place..
We had clues, but didn't listen to our gut. We should have left with our cash in our pocket and our original core when we met the guy who had just pulled up next to us with his vehicle in tow behind him. It was his second time getting a bum transmission, and he couldn't get in contact with them so he had to drive over to see them. I don't know if he ever got his issue resolved because we left before we saw what happened with him. Had my transmission rebuilt for $3500., Got it back. It was worse than when I brought it to them., Brought it back. They kept my truck for 4 months for warranty work.. They ended up keeping it to make sure the warranty ran out.. Got the truck back it was again worse than when I got it again..
