We purchased a new Toyota Grand Highlander. We got about 5,000 km on the suv when sensors started going crazy causing the computer to make noise telling us that we were going to hit everything, it told us to go see the dealership asap. Long story short, our first couple visits were not great. We did end up getting everything sorted out. This is an amazing dealership! I messaged a few different Toyotas inquiring about a Rav4 or Highlander hybrid, Jackson was quickest to reply and the most helpful by far. He patiently walked me through the differences between trim packages of Rav4s and Highlanders and made the ordering process very smooth.
