Terrible customer service. Each time I called, the lady on the phone seemed like she hated her job. Wouldn’t answer any questions. They also DAMAGED my car. Very unprofessional! Now I have to go through a process to make a claim on my vehicle due to their carelessness.

Thee WORST! Only one lady there was just doing their job everyone else was lying. The other lady was soooo disrespectful them try to say my husband was disrespectful when he was polite and just explaining the previous phone calls to her to get her informed about his situation. He streamed it live to his viewers and we are all disgusted. Called Tesla and they can not believe this company put him thru that when he didn't cause them no problems even during the repossession he was very polite no problems. It's sad!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible company! just watched them have disgusting service during one my favorite content creator's live! He was showing us how to get our Tesla back after letting his get repoed and they went about it so terrible as to even damaging his car by driving it and lying after we watched his battery decrease and the car videos live!!!!!!!!!! Just sad, he's a good guy don't deserve it.
Worst recovery experience ever! Money isn't the problem. Their disgusting service, the fact they lie, and damage vehicles are just the start.
