I bought a Mimaki-branded 3D printer, but the Mimaki version requires chipped filament tied to the brand. Over nearly two months I contacted four major GTA suppliers; none had compatible. Mr. Shai, the owner, initially said he would help “figure it out for additional price,” and asked for lump sum deposit. I purchased a photocopier from Precision Toner , for the second time, and the staff was helpful for advice and type of photocopier and they directed be to a good Xerox copier. We are in Saskatoon and David also helped with sales and shipping, all the way to Saskatchewan. We received the machine and it works wonderful !! Thanks Precision Toner !!!
