So happy with where I am today! I went in with hopes that this would help just a little bit, and needless to say my expectations were far surpassed. After Afghanistan and my other pretty bad life experiences I was in pretty rough shape mentally. I thought depression was going to be part of my life, and that I just had to accept it.
