The service manager did reach out to me and apologize and they refunded the second labor charge so I now feel a lot better about the situation. I used to really like this place. They completely ruined that for me this week. I took it there on Tuesday to have the battery replaced because the battery light came on and the car had to be jump-started. While they managed to change my alternator at Precision Tires Plus in Paris. Somehow, in that process, my turbo actuator was damaged. I had a huge issue with how they handle business. I needed an alternator and serpentine belt replaced, which they did, but I was severely price-gouged in the process. I know they get their parts from O’Reilly Auto Parts near them with a dealer’s discount (generally a 15%-30% off list price). Neat and clean customer area with nice folks working there. I've taken two vehicles in now. The first was a full set of tires installed, and it was flawless. The second was a "hurry and help" request with A nail in my tire. Both times, the staff dropped me off at work a few blocks away and coordinated my pickup or car return. I would use this shop again.
Known for letting go of the good, and keeping the bad. Communication is very important in everyday life and this place has none. The staff is very “two-faced” and low. They do what they can to make themselves look better, and if there is any competition or setback of ones ability’s, it’s war of job or no job.
