Came in to get my sons truck, tires balance they did a great job very professional
I had just been to a large dealership, the place where I bought the car 10 years ago, trying to get them to check my AC freon levels. The man at the desk said I had a leak and he would need to keep the car for 48 hours. I said can't you just check the fluid levels. He seemed sure I had a leak and said there was no need to check or add fluids. I said thank you very much and then drove to Tom's Tire Pros. I had a trailer tire cut loose on me on I20. I was 1.5 miles from this place. Called them and said I need a tire. They said come on. I got there and decided to do all four. They got me in and out in 1.5 hours. Nicest people I’ve ever talked with at a tire shop. Excellent service. Good people!!
