Need to vent: I had PRECISION TECH HOME SERVICES someone I know for 30 years, (a friend?) in the **** Industry put in a AC /Heat pump unit in my condo 2 yrs 3 months ago almost $8k In the 2 years they had to comeback 4 times for shoddy work. Flex vents not zip tied correctly, had to be redone, AC was not checked for Freon when installed, had to comeback and put Freon in. Problem with wiring in thermostat. We had Precision Tech come in July ***************************** a bathroom. They sent 1 worker, who seemed very inexperienced. I had to assist him in finding the leak (behind a vanity, from an adjoining bathroom tub). A **** diverter was replaced.We were NOT given an estimate, although I told "****" that I thought ** law required it. We were totally shocked to learn that the charge was $1800. Had a problem with my tankless water heater. Called Precision Tech to come take a look. The tech called the manufacturer for help with the error code and it was determined that the initial install done by another HVAC company 2 years prior was done incomplete and inaccurate. The manufacturer would not assist with the error till the install was completed/corrected. This involved replacing the duct pipes to the roof and installing a relief valve. We regret trusting Precision Tech with the installation of a new ** unit for our home.It has taken their team, after countless phone calls, a month to come back and fix the damages to the home as a result of the installation. Doors, walls, and carpet were in need of attention after the installation was completed - with no apology or acknowledgement of the technicians completing the install. Had to have a 3 year old hot water heater manufactured by ***** replace under warranty as it longer heated water and replacement parts are back-ordered. ***** authorized the replacement and used Precision Tech. Erick came, removed the water heater, then followed me to where I purchased it to do a one-for-one swap. He then came back to the house with the new one and installed it. Today I had a New water heater installed By Precision Home Tech and the technicians name was Eric. He was very neat, professional, polite and accurate. Precision Home Tech Was assigned by the water heater manufacturer. When Eric arrived at my home he went with me to our local **** ***** to take back the defective water heater and Pick up the new water heater. Eric did an excellent Install job and because of his service I would highly recommend Precision Home Tech Services.

Replaced my furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater. My family dealt with the best of the best. What a team was provided to us from Precision tech (Frank). Not only did we get the best deal on the market but we received the very best products. Service is outstanding. We had a question and a team member was sent out with in 30 minutes of my phone call.
