Shane and the team are so professional and knowledgeable. They have always done above and beyond with their customer service and i won't take my car anywhere else for any mechanical needs. Highly recommend the team at precision!!!
Great honest service, saved me a couple of thousand in work that one of the big tyre chains wanted to sell me on but didn't actually need doing. Shane found the actual problem straight away and went above and beyond. Strongly recommend the team here
I highly recommend Precision Suspension and Automotive. They are efficient, honest about what your vehicle needs (and what can wait until a later service) and the vehicle is returned in a timely manner and in obvious better driving condition. They are also good value, given the ever increasing costs of services elsewhere. Shane is very knowledgeable and Cathy very organised with all admin matters in the office and is delightful to deal with. It’s always a great experience at Precision !
Went here a week ago. It was absolutely amazing work. Staff were friendly, the job was done sooner than I was expected and cheaper than other places I had it quoted at. Have had no issues since then.
Excellent, fast service. For those of us who are not mechanically-savvy, these staff are wonderful at explaining anything so you not only understand what they are talking about, but you also feel heard and respected as a customer. Fair pricing and honest about costs up front. Highly recommend!
