Shane and the team are great to deal with. I am very particular about who works on my car and I am very happy with the whole process and result. Great value for money. Excellent knowledge across the board. Nothing better than dealing with a company that is honest and doesn’t recommend doing mods / changes to the car that are not necessary … helps dealing with a car person also. Had my ute’s suspension upgraded by Precision Suspension & Automotive and couldn’t be happier. The old suspension was worn out and uncomfortable, and this upgrade was well overdue. The difference is night and day – rides smoother and feels much more solid. Professional service and quality work. Highly recommend.
What can i say about Shane and his team , one word excellence personified, the best old school customer service and care , from the initial consultation showed me exactly what was wrong / inspected the vehicle with the mechanic / shown what parts are required and how long it will take to get them in, gave a ballpark estimate of costing. Team at Precision Suspension and Automotive are incredible. Booked my car in for an alignment after lowering the car and it drives perfect. Even suggested additions to make the car handle better at the ride hide. Great team, full of knowledge and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
