If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. I went to a stylist who messed up my hair today, right before my birthday party. I called Precision 2 hours before closing time, in tears and begging for help. Not only was the receptionist incredibly sympathetic and caring, all the staff helped calm me down (and most importantly repaired my hair!) I had my haircut done by Elli, and she’s truly one of the best! She listens carefully to what you want and delivers exactly that. This was my second time with her, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
