They don’t unload you even if they have time, appointments only and u gotta wait in lineup even after that, management don’t wanna do any extra work, took 3 hours to unload after docking
Very rude staff at check-in. Don’t trust your broker if they say you can arrive before your appointment — you’ll just lose your next load. They accept strictly by appointment, not a minute earlier. Even after check-in you’ll still wait in a live line at door 15. Out of 15 doors only one is actually working for unloading!
This place sucks
This place needs to be shutdown immediately, there is no reason for a place like this to exist!
They are not friendly here. I arrived here the night before for a 10:30am appointment. I received a door at 11:00. Left at 11:40. One coil. You cannot check in 5 mins early. They will not unload you if you do not have an appointment. They will not unload you before your appointment. Your exact appointment only. Please do not come here if you think you will get loaded or unloaded before your appointment you will be mad just like the rest of the reviewers. The people in the office is in charge and it shows.
