He’s not only an incredible strength trainer but also an all-around great person who truly cares about helping people get better, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend seeing Mark if you are experiencing pain while working out. I have been struggling the past 11 months with pain in my lower back while doing any lower body workout. I've gone to the chiropractor for months, and that didn't relieve any of my pain. After one session with Mark, he was able to identify the problem and give me a plan on how to fix the issue.
