I highly recommend seeing Mark if you are experiencing pain while working out. I have been struggling the past 11 months with pain in my lower back while doing any lower body workout. I've gone to the chiropractor for months, and that didn't relieve any of my pain. After one session with Mark, he was able to identify the problem and give me a plan on how to fix the issue. Don't waste your time with other rehab people. I had the worst shoulder pain for four years. Tried chiropractor, ATI, a naparath and nobody offered the kind of guidance and instruction that I got from Mark. After seven months of exercises, the pain is almost gone. I'm 53 years old and wouldn't recommend anybody but him in the Rockford area to get rid of chronic pain.
