The windows are beautiful but they dont help with keeping our home cooler. The salesman was very professional but oversold the quality of the windows. I still have to keep my drapes closed due to the heat coming in through the windows. My contact at the customer service (Scott) is no help I've been getting the round around for months and till no satisfaction.
The windows are a hoax, they ARE TERRIBLE! I have been trying to get a resolution on these windows for at least three months, it's always something. These people DO NOT KNOW what they are selling. I was trying to improve the heat from penetrating into my media and masterbed room. The salesman really UPSOLD there windows, I could've gotten the quality from Lowes and paid 1/2 the dollar amount. DON'T use this company you will regret it. I'm going to try BBB or call the local news.
The quality of the windows were perfect. The installers were professionals. All site was clean properly and completed the project in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for any better.
