We got stood up for our meeting tonight. Supposedly the salesman came down with COVID symptoms at 2:15. Our appointment was for 6 PM and no one told us he wasn't coming till I called at 6:15. A man's word is his bond. Not.
The windows look great. My job was a pretty big job (multiple days) and The installers had great communication and told me when they would be by throughout the process. They took great care of us.
Love my new windows and door! Precision even had a better option for my old sliding glass door. We replaced it with their garden door which looks like French doors, but only one side opens. Such a huge improvement! The work took a little bit longer than expected, due to a few complications with the house, but I wasn't charged anything above the price I was quoted in the beginning.
