Pathetic customer service, this company was contracted through Lowes for a warranty repair on a dishwasher. The repair ticket was closed before any repairs were made, after getting it reopened, Precision Services kept canceling the appointment, the second time the repair ticket was closed, we called precision services and he said it isn't hos job to coordinate with the company that hired him to repair the dishwasher. I will never recommend Precision Services.
The worst customer service I have experienced with a company. Very unprofessional. When you call they send you a text “please text”. I’ve been trying to get them to come out on a claim I filed with Lowe’s protection plan for the last month and a half. I just keep getting the run around through text messages. I highly suggest never doing business with this company. Spare yourself the headache!
Do yourself a favor if given the option of choosing another repair service, do it. Not a reliable service provider. I will not go into the details of my experience as it would be lengthy. Just go elsewhere if you can.
Came as a result of a Lowe's Service plan call. Came in and looked at the washer, made a comment about how difficult it would be to do the work and then decided to write it off as inoperable. He then claimed to the warranty company that he replaced the parts first before finding it inoperable. He never touched any part at all. Now I am having to start all over again with a new company who sounds much more reliable.
