Charles came to my house and had my ice maker repaired in less than 5 minutes. He came on time and was very professional and courteous.
Pathetic customer service, this company was contracted through Lowes for a warranty repair on a dishwasher. The repair ticket was closed before any repairs were made, after getting it reopened, Precision Services kept canceling the appointment, the second time the repair ticket was closed, we called precision services and he said it isn't hos job to coordinate with the company that hired him to repair the dishwasher. I will never recommend Precision Services.
The worst customer service I have experienced with a company. Very unprofessional. When you call they send you a text “please text”. I’ve been trying to get them to come out on a claim I filed with Lowe’s protection plan for the last month and a half. I just keep getting the run around through text messages. I highly suggest never doing business with this company. Spare yourself the headache!
