Simple enough operation. They have unarmed and armed guard services. Business hours are a little strange but manageable. Good professional service provider.
Went in to get fingerprinting and BCI/FBI background check. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Very fast, professional, and efficient.
When I called in to speak with the woman about getting some fingerprinting completed, I was informed that they were open only today this week for fingerprinting to completed until 4:30pm. I arrived at 3:45, and the woman who “helped” me let me in and yelled down the stairs, “please tell me you’re not here for fingerprinting.” As I explained that I called in and thought they were open until 4:30 (because that’s what I was told) she sounded disgusted yet told me to come up the stairs to get it done.
