I have been to this salon a few times. The last two times I was cut by M Lee Yvonne. The second time, also my last time, my hair was butchered. This was in April 2025. I told her shoulder length. We conversed during the cut and when I let a certain aspect about myself out in conversation (my faith), that's when things seemed to take a turn. I waited 4 months to leave this review. I decided people should know. I had recently broken my arm and wanted a simple wash and blow dry. Also was looking for a new salon to stay with. I made an appt. I came in, sat down and was greeted by a grumpy lady. Really grumpy. Short/heavy set, short.hair. I say that because there were other ladies working there that seemed nice. arrived and no one there but doors open. Stylist came in and strange encounter. She took a large gap of hair off of the back of my hair. She fell 3 times on the floor and for fear of her falling with scissors, I told her I was uncomfortable and left. Another gentleman came in and helped her up from the floor. She refused medical attention. Something definitely wrong with her whether drugs or alcohol. I did not think I wanted someone trimming my hair with scissors in her hand. Need to teach your employees not to his someone's vehicle with their car door while they are sitting in it and just walk off without saying anything.

Yesterday, I was a walk-in customer at the North Valley Dr. location in Reno. There was no one inside but the stylist, who seemed a little strange but I just wanted a quick haircut so I sat down. I soon realized, she was quite high on something but since she had already started cutting, I stayed put. The haircut wasn’t too bad although a bit rough, but today, looking at my bank transactions, I noticed she charged me $42.00. I don’t think I will be back.
