We received quotes from three sail lofts to replace the headsail on our C&C 33. Precision Sails came in the middle in terms of cost, but on top in terms of value for the money. We have been very pleased with our decision. The company stepped us through the measurement process and kept us posted as the sail was made. It fit perfectly and sailed well in all wind conditions. The quality of workmanship was excellent and I believe we'll enjoy the sail for many years.
I want to start off by saying everyone I ever dealt with in this company has been fantastic I'm an avid racer and I've ordered six sails maybe seven from this company they've always saved me about 25% over other major sail manufacturers My only gripe is they take too long to get the sails to you. Twice I've ordered expedited delivery 4 to 6 weeks and it ended up being 10 to 11 weeks. I am not the biggest customer or some YouTube dude…I am just an average Joe or John…lol who loves this Kirby 25 which keeps up with a bunch of bigger boats. I sail out of Whitby Ontario. Good atmosphere great staff, very knowledgeable
Do not use this company. We ordered our new sails for our Lagoon 400 in November 2020. We finally received them in Kemah Tx in August 2021. The company did not make the main sail correct. We contacted the company and finally got a response weeks later. They agreed to pay a sail maker here to sew the missing parts on to our new main sail. Finally in 11/2021 we got to install our sails.
